Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

Ricky,

I can see what you mean about them taking over this process and it stunting our education as a sovreign person.& However, I would like to add, and I am sure that you will agree, that there is still plenty for us to study and that getting somebody else to do a mortgage process is the way to go.& I say this because it is such a huge thing to do, and would take us years to learn.

As far as the charging for the services go, they are very reasonable, as a matter of fact they are the most reasonable that I have come across.& I think that they realize that most people looking for help with their mortgages are doing so because they are having financial difficulty.& Since this is the case it would be hard for these same people to come up with a ton of money to get started.

As you are already farmiliar with OT, I am posting this not so much for you as I am the other members of the forum that are inerested.

Later,

Sara-Jane

Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

I have two CC in process and a third that has been bought by a third party debt collector.& (some interesting observations on them at www.budhibbs.com "bottom-feeding lowlifes" I believe was the term used!@) So the mortgages are my next objective, along with their ensuing property taxes.& I am trying to find info regarding the Land Patents, but am not sure what I am doing, so more research seems in order.&

Thanks for your help!

Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

montana

i enjoyed your information on the process you've gone through. i'm curious has your credit report shown any negative remarks? the website i saw describing the process claimed to fully reconvey while going through the mortagage process 2 times. returning approx 10% back to you. has this happened as smoothly as stated?

can the house be taken out of the trust when the process is done? i am aware of the trust processes somewhat. these and many more questions go through my mind just like yours did when you began looking at this process. any reply is greatful.

Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

OT and Montana,

I have talked with Sara Jane some about this, but will this protect from the IRS hounding one as well, or does it just work with mortgage?

Thanks,

HB

Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

HB,

Montana and Sara Jane are one in the same (pardon my rhyme).

Why would the IRS hound you for eliminating a mortgage?

Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

The likelyhood of this process harming your credit is high. The bad behavior of the banks such as putting marks on your credit can not be controlled. I have done my due dilligence and I have found a credit repair organization that gets the job done thoroughly and quickly.

The house can be taken out of trust when the entire process is completed.

HB,

The only process that we do is mortgage elimination.

Please post any other questions.

IRS is hounding, not for the mortgage, but for money that they feel they are due. (Wrong)

They pursue something called Fraudulent conveyance.

That's what concerns me, not the mortgage.

Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

HB,

Can they prove it?

Why not hound them for harrassing you? I bet you can prove that!
