Buy Judgements

If you get a trademark judgement from NP,
Can it be sold? If so,

Then I have an interested party who might to buy them.
I think that is a success.

It would be a 1st lien or ucc on them. You can tell I have little experience on
collecting.

Also, are the forms up yet, can anybody get at them?

Buy Judgments

Can other common law liens be bought by your source? If so, what is the minimum. Too, can you provide any information on how best to collect on common law liens, especially if the amount is only in the $30K range?

Collecting

I have yet to hear of anyone really collecting on the liens, and tm infringment. What I have heard of happening is that with the liens once truely perfected you can send notice of the liens to the 3 credit reporting agencies and that will cause them to have pretty much instant bad credit and can cause thier current loans to get called and they will end up on the street. I have also heard of going to court with the lien and trading an bond for the judge to be indemnified for giving you an order for the collection of the lien. Winston shrout was the one talking about going to court to get the "money" order for the collection of the lien. But you must indemnify the judge for giving you the order which would require the bond.
