SOmetimes there is some activity later sometimes there is not. But I structure my letters to where they know that I am serious. I want to see (examine) the original note. I'm not questioning the debt--I'm asking for the original note, that is all. I back my position with code and case law. I have suits on standby just incase I decide to file suit. I stand on my documents and I provide no testimony, as I am not a witness against myself testifying on things I know nothing of. This is where alot of folks go wrong.
