SURPASTED !! my record of 27 CRA deletes!

Spouse's Transunion update arrived today.

This is how it currently stacks up:

Out of a grand total of 31 accounts--

How about 25 deletes

1 no longer on file

TOTAL OF 26 off the report --

Need a bit more work here -- Two accounts have been Defaulted/Dishonored by Notarial Protest -- any one have a clue how to get them to recognize this? Tried sending them copies and saying, if the CC cannot provide Validation of the debt, I will supply you with validation of the settlement -remove or reflect accordingly- they did not acknowledge --

TWO are do not belong -- not the primary card holder -- I am thinking perhaps referencing Johnson V MBNA

Daughter had nine deletes but a huge amount of inquires -- two companies (Fleet and Citibank and now Wells Fargo, is starting) run an inquiry EVERY MONTH.

Hers needs work -- lots of student loan stuff here and they say they have been reassigned -- to Wells Fargo. Keep that Student loan thread going!

To Success!

Actually, you just ask them to validate the entire file, and they will decide if it stays or goes -- and keep asking demanding until you get what you want.

We may be moving forward with a notarial protest on TU for failure to recognize the notary's CD -- and delete the offending CCC accounts. vanton is my notary and I highly recommend her! (I'm glad she took my invitation to come and share!)

Read somewhere that a Notary Public is an officer of the state. By witnessing your signature and proving your identity, the notary merely acts as an agent of the state in this regard. If a creditor/credit reporting agency fails to abide by the law of notary, it is possible that they could be held in contempt of court. Just a thought. I'll go back and see if I can dig it up.
