A Day in Court With Debt Collector Attorney

I have 19 CC accts. and most only say charge off on credit report but over half of them have been sold to Collection Agencies.

I think you need to find out for sure if it was sold.

How do we find out if an unsecured credit card debt that has been charged off is sold?

Can someone help me. I about a year ago disputed some things with a credit card company by means of a billing error dispute. to make the story short the company i hired to help me when i mailed out these dispute letters never helped me in regards how to finish them off. I have been sued and have four judgements. I have one that is just about to have a summary judgement on me december 19th. I know their is a way i can remove the one currently into federal court based on the fact it shows charge off on my credit report and they have several fdcpa violations.The bank that charged it off sold it off to a debt collector attorney. To sum it up i need to know how to bum p it to federal court and i wanta sue those past debt collectors that have judgements on me. Can anyone maybe help. My personal email is benzboyb@yahoo.com. Request for your credit report from all three major credit bureaus. Sold, expect debt collectors calling or notice of collections in the mail.

I have gotten my three credit reports and they say charged off. Now i was reading that eventhough they say charge off doesnt' mean you dont owe. HOw do i proceed with this
