Weis, thanks for posting this.

I do take issue with what Becraft has to say about Redemption and the UCC. There is no one that I am associated with that will tell someone to raise hell in the court room. First off we want to avoid court altogether, but if we must go it is for settlement and closure, not to raise hell in the courtroom.

"But it seems that the promoters of flaky arguments like the UCC, redemption process, etc., are now observing the folly and stupidity of their ways." I have seen Redemption work very effectively. Not 100% of the time, but I am certainly seeing it being effective in a criminal tarffic situation now. Folly of our ways!!! Hardly.

Becrafty's success rate with tax cases isnt anything to write home about either!!! I'd just consider the source!

I agree with you on that Iamfreeru2, Never argue,go straight to settlement and closure,and you will be free like a bird. The key word for it "Acceptance and settlement".
