BIG BIG BIG BIG ups & the maddest props existent go out to Clyde Hyde of Lawwork, Greg Slaughter of Ticket Slayer, Marc Stevens of Adventures in Legalland, John B Sims III of Florida state, suijuris/adventuresinlegalland forum member golden rule.
Chronology:
Filed Ticketslayer docs (Clyde & Greg)
Affidavit to be rebutted, Notice of Default/Op to cure
Went to motions hearing & my motion was denied, judge entered a plea after numerous expressions of non-consent
Formed Marc Stevens "Bear trap" questions into a bill of particulars based on a no seatbelt case golden rule had won
Filed the remaining Ticket slayer docs instructing the Clerk to enter a default judgement and mandamus for the judge to order the clerk to do so.
Got transferred from a hearing officer to a county judge and set trial for an extra month
Filed another motion of particulars based on John B Sims III research
The trick to the filing procedure in states where there is no prosecutor, you indicate on the certification at the end of all the docs filed at the courthouse ; the Certified mail number and cop name/badge/ID/copshop address that the copy of that filed doc i is going to.
You copy that at home w/timestap on the doc & send it certified,restricted but indicate it is ok for the mail clerk to sign on the green card. \
Have a third party mailer make an affidavit certifying that they sent it to sheriff address, doc type, #of pages, etc . . Have 2 witnesses sign or witness it yourself w/thumbprint, etc . .
You keep originals send cop the copies
EVERYTHING YOU FILE MUST BE SENT TO THE COP, TOO.
Anyway, Here's what happened:
I had to take a fat leak & left when they called a new guy.
As I was walking in, they called my name.
They called for the cop & . . . . . .. What? . . . . . . . No cop?
Anyway, the judge decides to toy with me and commenting on all the paperwork I filed, asking me if I read everything, etc. . . .
He starts reading the Affidavit of Truth out Loud!!
"Affiant is a creation of our Heavenly Father. . . .Affiant is the Sovereign spoken of In Yick Wo. . . ."
Starts reading the default. "The prosecution is in default .. . .This court is in want of jurisdiction""
He then says "Well I don't know if I have Jurisdiction to dismiss this case now"
I say "Well I didn't understand what was going on at the time"
He continues shuffling through the numerous papers
I get sick of it and politely ask "Are there any appearances of the prosecution on record?"
He repeats my question back to himself and then asks, "so you don't think this court has jurisdiction?"
I reply ,"I didn't understand what was going on at the time I filed those(and still really didn't, but was saving that one"
He then gently slams the folder w/ all the docs & says, "well I don't need to get all worked up on this now, so what do you want us to do?"
I say,"I move this court to dismiss for a lack of evidence and a witness"
(It was really failure to prosecute, but he definitely wanted me outta there!)
Don't ever argue, keep your cool and say "I do not understand, I didn't understand at the time, etc. . . ."
Thanks SuiJuris & suijuris.net for being a big part of civilly & legitimately derailing the fraud in the system!!!

That is an ideology which is certainly logical & noble. However, I am leaning towards not volunteering in their "system" as much as I can help it.
Remedy wise, I am looking at getting compensated in an insurance/bond type situation to where my insurance company collects on their bond/policy at risk management. Jeb Bush here in florida said in PUBLIC news he was going to trademark his name & sue for unauthorized uses. I believe there are other ways to collect & I wish to stay away from political voting & THEIR alleged "adversarial" system as much as I can help it
