Account Updated to "Paid as Agreed" w/ Zero Balance!!

I told you to look out for this one Jason!! Chase/Bankone unsecured line of credit has been zapped! Credit Bureaus updated file from the letter I sent as agent of Chase, per our agreement and the Power-of-Attorney Document in which they tacitly agreed to appoint me as agent to amend their blunder.

Feels good .. .. feels good .. ..

Jaylon,

It is wonderful to see your determination as well as proper execution of our package and achieve the success you have thus far. May you be a beacon of light to others who choose to follow in your footsteps.

Jason

DID CHASE ACTUALLY SIGNED A DOCUMENT GIVING YOU THE POWER OF ATTORNEY? I BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL AGENCY BY SILENCE. THIS APPEARS TO BE A SIMILAR TECHNIQUE (AT A SMALLER SCALE) THE DOREAN GROUP USES TO OBTAIN RECONVEYANCE OF TITLE FOR THEIR CLIENTS.

The Specific Power of Attorney document which you send them to complete on there own, which ofcoarse they won't, after ten days and after you send them an affidavit of non-response, gives you the authority to amend your credit file as an agent of their company.

Can you cite that authority that gives you agent status of their company?
I can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

PJT04:

The authority is established based upon the fundamental principles of contract law and its associated maxims. If you are looking for a particular statute, we are not citing any. However, you may refer to your law dictionary and check out the following definitions:

Acquiescence

Tacit Acquiescence

Estoppel by Acquiescence

Or the maxims:

He who does not deny admits.
He who leaves the battle first loses by default.
Contract makes the law.

I shall add more to this later.

The answer to the lawsuit inquiry is YES. The process helps to establish a lesser likelihood of litigation from a purported creditor/lendor however; one cannot stop anyone from paying filing documents with a court clerk to initiate a lawsuit. Although, if a lawsuit is filed from a purported lendor/creditor the goal is to evidence estoppel by virtue of the administrative paperwork that has been executed pursuant to Federal Law as well as contract.
