4 collection agencies gone!!

I also just noticed that Equifax deleted 4 collection agencies from my file too!!
I used the jersee verification letters from the download section. I sent them my administrative procedure with a affidavit of non-response, and they whipped Sherman Acquisition from my file.

Good stuff!!

I used the Certified Verification docs in the download section under credit cleanup. If you look at Jersee's success doc you will see a response to a request for certified verification, that is the second letter I used. Worked like a charm!

I sent the Collection Agency a dispute letter from Beating Up on Debt Collectors in Richard Cornforth book with a debt collector disclosure statement. They didn't respond, so I sent them an Affidavit of non-response. Then I sent the CRA a copy of the entire procedure, I provided proof.

jaylon,

Now you're talkin!!!! Congrats!! A deletion is what you want! You don't want the credit report to show zero balance--you want it deleted!!!

Good job and way to go using a combination of methods!!!

Could you share with us the dispute letter you sent to the collection agencies. It would be helpful in my case. Thanks!

process to clean up credit

You may obtain the release of Notice of Levy or Lien directly from the IRS; since there never was actually a levy or lien (if you refused it for cause timely, not allowing it to cure in common law).

Then you send the release to the credit reporting agencies and they clean up the record.

Find a lender amicable to processing a loan of any kind. Then when you fail or have to pay extra because of the blemishes found request they get a written validation from the IRS or State Revenue Department. They will likely receive nothing but verbal justification for the slur but sometimes the revenue agencies will send misdirection - a release that looks like it is a levy or lien.

Note these two examples:

Regards,

David Merrill.
