My first real success, but not my last

This success story involves all of you. First, to SJ, thanks for making this place. What an education I have received in my “Jedi training”. Maybe one day, I will be a true Jedi.

Ice, Jerseee, Prof. Jim, wargames, Weis, and so many more, I thank you for your contribution and action. You are people who act on your beliefs. You don’t just complain about the weather being too hot, you plug in a fan. I aspire to one day get, as Weis so beautifully stated it: “the certificate that says – CONGRATULATIONS! YOU FIGURED IT ALL OUT!

But until then, I will continue running towards the truth.

I fought and fought and fought in “state” court, only to be initiated in the corruption and cesspool of whoredom at its best/worst [depending on your position and viewpoint]. Needless to say, it is my belief that 9 out of 10 esquires are corrupt.

I attacked the fraud on the bank note, which Bank of America sent me a copy of, and I can tell you, the only thing that “state” court did for me was use smoke and mirrors. I even subpoenaed the alleged "Note", and it was nowhere to be seen.

I found out that the county “clerk” did not have the proper oath to be in office. I presented this on the record several times. Do you think they were concerned? No. They used smoke and mirrors, saying “Oh, they’re “state” employees.” The statute, being very specific, was right, but the court skated right around it, with the Alice in Wonderland version.

I have seen my share of corrupt “court” employees. “Judges,” “court” administrators, “clerks,” you name it, I have seen most of them show their true colors. [The color of law, and the color of money].

I have been, in a manner of speaking, “to hell and back” several times. At times, I have been surprised, but most of the time, I knew what to expect from the “justice” system: INJUSTICE. What an emotional roller coaster.

Then, David Merrill came along, and I saw THIS post, and studied it, and researched the information, and I realized that the people can be the court of competent jurisdiction that they so long for. Why go to a “judge” when there is no “judge?” Put it in their face, tell them what you are doing, then do it.

I did, and two weeks ago, I filed my first default judgment in the cognizance of the district courts of the United States (common law side).

Did you know that you can file, and sign an order? I didn't, until I did it. They didn't like it, but I did it.

Thanks to the process linked above, I am now a Court of competent jurisdiction, as proven by the judgment I have issued and filed in the Common Law, and in the cognizance (and disdain) of the district courts of the United States.

Thanks should go to David Merrill as well, for helping me realize who I really am. I am not my legal name, I am not even my true name. I am a sovereign, who was given the name that I own (Henry Franklin), and I am under no other man.


What they wouldn’t give me, I already had the power to obtain.


And that scares them.

Dear Readers;


Henry is very kind. From my perspective when there are no judges, one should become one. After all, we are making judgments all day long anyway.

Long ago I read in the Babylonian Talmud that any good Jew upon entering a locale with no judiciary was required by law to set one up. This is like that today. There is no judiciary until you are ready to become it.

Several attempts have been made recently to get these judges to validate their oaths. To no avail. I know a fellow who was picked up and waiting in jail until tomorrow instead of paying bail. I am finding it impossible to hire a court reporter for him. They just tell me that the courtroom already has one. [UPDATE: By paying milage from Denver we have found his transcriber.] This fellow has already ordered self-validation of the oath and plans to conduct business around that tomorrow.

Henry said it very wisely; "NO OATH - NO JUDGE". And of course that suijuris.net is a valuable resource.

So demand judicial action. Do not sell yourself up the river by foregoing this right. And of course upon failure become the court of record, the judicial action in the court of competent jurisdiction.

About that court of record; I wish to shed a little light on "court not of record". This is from the Colorado Constitution Article II; The Bill of Rights:

Section 23. Trial by jury - grand jury. The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate in criminal cases; but a jury in civil cases in all courts, or in criminal cases in courts not of record, may consist of less than twelve persons, as may be prescribed by law. Hereafter a grand jury shall consist of twelve persons, any nine of whom concurring may find an indictment; provided, the general assembly may change, regulate or abolish the grand jury system; and provided, further, the right of any person to serve on any jury shall not be denied or abridged on account of sex, and the general assembly may provide by law for the exemption from jury service of persons or classes of persons.

As amended November 7, 1944. (See Laws 1945, p. 424.)

It is probably prudent to read "courts not of record" as courts of incompetent jurisdiction. Administrative tribunals without law (no enacting clauses*) and therefore without any subject matter jurisdiction. Courts of contract; however social compact and prima facie evidence of accepting any privilege like taking the court's time (benefit of discussion) or even using and signing the legal name suggested on the bank bond called Birth Certificate qualifies the jurisdiction in equity/contract law.

We got the transcriber for this suitor, my friend tomorrow morning. If you pray in general for the Lord's will to be done through this servant, that is always appreciated.

So in theory if you were to get the judge to validate his oath by putting a certified copy into the case jacket; then he would likely honor your motion to dismiss on the grounds you broke no law...

But, since they refuse, they cannot assume the position, as it were.

or in doublespeak, maybe they are "assuming the position."

Regardless, I am now a court of competent jurisdiction.

And, as I said, That scares them.
