Just got the mail today. a celebration cocktail is in order (CAPTAIN & COKE)

I sent out for verification on several items on my credit report on August 17th
2005 less than 2 weeks ago.

Equafax has already responded and I had 9 items deleted.
I can't believe they were so quick to respond they still had 2 weeks.
That was every account I asked for vefification on.

Also I sent VOD package to CC attorney Mitchell something or other in NY NY. They sent a letter to me advising me that they were turning the matter back over to the original creditor.

I am grinning ear to ear.

Amazingly on e of them was public record.

A foreclosure from about 8 years ago after I had a divorce.
I really did not expect that to come off but what the hey :-o ;)

Congratulations - better repeat the process with Experian, TransUnion and Innovis before the rum takes effect!

I heard from experian yesterday just lettin me know they recieved my coressponence.

Who is Innovis?
