IS THAT CONCOCTION APPLIED TO THE GROUND AROUND THE TREES, OR ON THE LEAVES THEMSELVES LIKE ROUNDUP IS APPLIED?

I'M SERIOUS, RANDY.& DO YOU APPLY THE CONCOCTION DIRECTLY TO THE PLANT OR TO THE GROUND?& THE REASON I'M ADKING IS THAT WE HAVE TERRIBLE GROWTHS OF HIMALAYAN BLACKBERRIES OUT HERE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CASCADES.& THEY PRODUCE A WONDERFUL FRUIT, BUT WILL ACTUALL COMPLETELY TAKE OVER THE AREA.& EVERYONE OUT HERE THAT HAS THEM NEAR THEIR PROPERTIES FIGHT THE PLANTS ALL THE TIME.& THEY COME OVER MY FENCE FROM THE GREEN ZONE BESIDE AND BEHIND MY PROPERTY.

Start right here... there are articles posted at the main page (the story page), downloads and a lot of info posted right here in the forum.& After checking out the available info here, you might want to check out some of the links provided.
If you have questions regarding a specific situation, you can&start a&thread and receive input from other members.& You might even begin with your court experience and see what, if anything, could be done to remedy that situation... at the very least, you might learn some new tricks as well as what mistakes may have been made (by both parties and the court).

Hey, Ricky....
This stuff is going to kill anything (plant-wise) it contacts. So, yes, put it on the plant and all around it as well.
Do NOT use a sprayer. I mean, it'll work great in a sprayer, but the mixture will corrode any and all metal parts.
This really is the best weed/vegetation killer I've ever used. During an average Virginia summer, I have to "treat" the same area maybe three to four times to keep the area completely dead.
