Did you do this yourself, or through an 'agent'?

Thanks

I used an agent that was very expensive before I joined this forum. I did see in the asset protection section, someone posted a web site to order documents and it looked like there were supporting documents and how to type instructions. It is the same group that is assisting me in my IRS master file decoding. I will post in the service providers.

Where did you transfer the funds from? When you say trust, are you referring to your exemption or you actually opened a trust account?

Created pure trust, got EIN from IRS, opened up a checking account at bank with the trust EIN and transferred funds from account with my TIN to account with trust EIN. Am sending letter to IRS to confirm that trust does not have to file return per IRS regs. i believe it is worth it to have my FRNs one step removed from me to an entity recognized by the IRS to be exempt from its regs(taxes).26 CFR301.7701-4b
