Assistance of council Defense to the rescue?
I was on my way to my last call at i stop sign.I looked to my right and noticed a group of gansta types with souped up cars. I looked to my right and a town cop on a motorbike proceeded past me.I thought how rare a cop with guts,hes gonna sight these gantsa wannabes.I see he him pull into their driveway not to stop but to turn around.I start going left and he puts on his flashers i look at rearview talking slowly saying this idiot better not be pulling me over.Sure enough after i continued driving about 200 ft more he puts on his noise maker. I pull over.He comes over do men asks for dl.I look at him in a poed manner and say am i under arrest. he says no, he asks for dl again i say i am not under arrest ? am i free to go? he says no,i say i can't proceed without assistence of council,he say what? i repeat.He asks if i know what i was pulled over for. I say no.He says i had no seat belt on.He says i had it off right now. I said well i would take it off if i were pulled over.He again accuses.He says why does it matter if i was under arrest or free to go.I told him since i was neither under arrest or free to go i reasonable person would think a seizure has taken place.I said the constitution applys to traffic stops as well.He then said he was just warning people and have a nice day.The street i wa on was a residential area with a15-20 mile per hour speed limit.How necessary would that be in a collision.I am rethinking my nice guy strategy it seems if you look mad enough they seem to let you go.The two times recently they have let me of i was angry (looking) not yelling and mentioned assistence of council.So maybe both work together.I got 3 cases in different courts so im tired of these time bandits.
