land patent affidavit

Does anyone out there have an affidavit for land patent that could be modeled? I would deeply appreciate it, as I have a local government breathing down my neck to steal my building!

Can we make an example of what a land patent package looks like in the downloads area?

I have the bood form Johnny liberty but, I missing 2 critical pages and they do not want to send them to me.

I have the book from Johnny liberty as well, and scanned it to the PDF format.

I have wanted to upload it for some time, but it is very large, and it is also copyrighted.

I wish there was some way to share this for free but I do respect others work and copyrights so I will refrain.

However, anyone who has done or is familiar with the land patent process and wants to provided me with their own documents, or their interpretation of Johnny Liberty's book is welcome to send them to me. I would be more than happy to add this to the download section, it would be a valuable resource.

It should be noted that anyone who has documents they wish to share but do not have the technology to scan them, or to remove the personal information before uploading them, can send me a private message and we will arrange for this, as I have the tools to accomplish this.

If anyone has any other suggestions they are welcome.

My problem is: the city wants to take my building for it's own use (part of a city hall) I have tennants in the building, and I have a home in the upstairs. The building is quite unique and historical, it even has a hallway that has a name (Pea*censored* Alley) 110' White ceramic brick walls with 10'x10' glass panels and an arched ceiling. The city thinks they can make better use as a public building.What ever&became of&free enterprise, the rights of property? I have been fighting the city government for the last 30 years...building codes, fire codes, historic district restrictions. It becomes tedious and always costly. I think Land Patent might be a good way to put a wrench in the cogs, I hope so. I have abstract provenence back to the patent issued by president Tyler& to General Bonneville in the 1830's.

I am sure that someone within this community has an example of an affidavit for asserting your rights in the land patent.& Would someone please make said example available for Don?

Have you had a chance to read the legal cites?& If not, please do so.& You will need that info because you will need to be in court to stop any action they attempt to take in regards to your property.
