MRG,

You have persisted. Please cease and desist.

I am not intimidated nor incapable. From this point on have my word you are in no position ever to understand the most basic of communication skills. This is my last address to you.

Do not ask me any more questions with an honest intent to derive an answer.

I do not, and will not, give you the time of day. This response is solely because you are littering threads attempting to talk to me and I respect you less than almost anyone.

Good day and stay civil and stay away.

Thanks

COuld you please explain the benefit of doing this?

This seems to be the way the way the state views the issue based on its police power.

However the will of the people greater than a statute. This is why it is important to put the matter before a jury.

This message is hidden because Ownmaster is on your ignore list.

Have you shown evidence of any ability to answer simple questions, or provide substantive proof of claim?

Did your post #81 level accusations?

Did I not respond to a post made by someone other than "Ownmaster?"

I was asked "not to feed the trolls" by someone whom I do respect.

To the holder of that forum identity I apologize if my response to the post of someone other than you has violated that request.

I do not feel it is fair to be totally muzzled, because of someone else's demonstrated antisocial proclivities.

I therefore put you on "ignore," perhaps you might respond in kind?

I have no idea why this forum after, continual bannings, seems to hold you in such deep regard as to ask me not to respond to you, because of what you might do.

In the world of street gangs it is the "wannabe's" that are the most destructive and dangerous.

In the deceitful world of the foreign occupation junta's army of private monopoly trade guild Loyalist Tory BAR Association bastard attorneys and their minions and lackeys, it is also the wannabe's that are the most destructive and dangerous.

I provided a response to a post made by another member.

Am I to be sanctioned and perhaps banned because you have never once been able to substantively prove one claim you have made that I have reasoningly questioned?

To TIMM, and all others-

the benefit of registering a vehicle in a foreign state, under another personality, is that there is less legal liability for you.

1. You are more private, harder to track. A scan of the registration info will show the name and address of a corporation, far away.

2. The statutes make the owner of the car responsible for many infractions or violations. For example, all insurance, inspection and registration citations are "owners responsibility".

3. So, as shown above, if there is determined to be a problem with the legality of the vehicle, your DL wont be suspended or otherwise attached. "not your fault", by law.

Also, a secure lien should be placed on the property and properly registered with the certificate of title mechanism, so it shows up on their computer. That will beat many impoundments, parking tickets, forfeitures...

And what may apply to you wont apply to the car- you are each "seperate owners".

I believe that the interpersonal discourse for certain members has reached the point of being counterproductive rather than remedial

Take note there is now a voluminous number of posts to wade through which do not offer remedy, but are more arguments between members
