IRS refunds all Corp withholdings...
I would like to report the IRS acknowledgement that my S Corp earnings for the entire year do not constitute IRC "income" and their refund of all company withholdings. Furthermore, they acknowledged and processed all of the corrected W-2s for company cw-workers showing their private sector earnings as zero wages and the previous withholdings as overpayments. My private company is paid to provide computer networking services using private sector workers - in short, my company did not engage in any IRC privileged activities.
Through divine inspiration and guidance, I was able to discover the rule of law is not dead - it is waiting for us to honor, obey, and sustain it.

Pete is reporting $588k in refunds thus far. Pretty compelling evidence to correctness of filing corrected returns. I am currently awaiting a 2004 refund of about $8800.

After reading CTC, I decided to research and understand the code and the law in relation to a private company. The activites that a private company can incur tax liability result from conducting trade or business activities. Being a trade or business has a specific meaning and the instructions outline the excised activities - the IRS business tax forms caution the preparer of the return to only include earnings from such activity. I followed the instructions and submitted the information as I know it to be the truth.
It would've been an easier path to do nothing and follow the rank and file; however, I know I will be answering to the lord if I found the true nature of something and didn't honor that truth.
