Hello All.
My name is Wolfgang I am A Patriot TV producer owner of patriot action television network.some of you know who i am.the feds tried to shut me up several times.one of the tactics was to kidnap 2 of my children in Minnesota,they are being held somewhere by unknown persons.you may have heard me on alex jones or other programs. my wife gave birth again,this time they arrested the one day old baby and we lost her for 5 months.after an extensive court battle in california we finally got our child back.we did this by publishing a aservation of birth in the local paper Moutain Democrat in placerville and filing it in the El Dorado county clerks office as our own private birth certificate.thus establishing title or claim.our title was filed before the state filed their certificate,We used the Miners claim laws to prove they were claim jumpers this forced them to give the child back. El Dorado county CPS
fired several social workers and the director of CPS over this case.Minnesota has NEVER given my 2 other children back although they have NO reason to hold them hostage.My wife and I have been constantly on the move for 5 years We have no Home and change locations every week or so.All of this because I will not stop my TV network or shut up about the corruption in Courts and government... we live in a Police State ruled by ruthless persons..
If anyone in California wants to help file a lawsuit against CPS for kidnapping extortion and other charges let me know.Minnesota case will be a very difficult one..Right now we are in another state getting ready to move again

It is my opinion that you & your wife most likely have adhesion contracts which you haven't cancelled.

These contracts include Driver's Licenses, Birth Certificates, SS#'swhich force the presumption that you are a "U.S. Citizen".

In addition to rebutting the forced presumption, one needs to correct their nationality to that of their De Jure Republic pre-14th Amendment.

Also, your children's Birth certificates give them jurisdiction.

You may hear different opinions here and elsewhere regarding this premise, however, you will be faced with the choice of either pruning branches(landscaping) or chopping down trees and plucking the roots(lumberjacking).

first a breif history
I was invited to a farm house in 1980 to attend Law classes put on by Common title trust. I was 19 and the youngest one there. My mentor was a kindly old gentleman by the name of Gordon Kahl. My wife and I are american nationals, I have no social security number. We both carry Embassy of Heaven I.D. The reason we have been attacked so much is because of my relentless media info-war. I was the person who issued Alex Jones his first press pass and got him on hundreds of cable stations all over the country. I interviewed Bo Gritz in 1992. I've had John Trochman from the Militia of Montana in my studio to name just a few. It's a long story and I will tell it to this board if the board operator gives me permission.

I can say that he is not the only one who has faced such things as kidnapping, extortion and outright attacks. This stuff is no joke people. I know first hand.
