Be patient and keep asking for certified verification. Do not leave that platform. Hold them to the code and to the law. You have proof that the entry is unverifiable. Hold on to that proof and be patient. When you run out of patience--file a claim against them for willful non-complliance. If the other CRAs can't verify it what makes them able to verify it? As long as one of the three can delete it--you are okay.
