Misdemeanor Case Dismissed
It’s a misdemeanor charge for resisting arrest, and the court was probably going to ask for a plea to a moving violation also. The beginning of my story can be found in the Forum under Court - Psych Ward for recognizing STRAWMAN.
I filed all the paperwork just as Akira had instructed me. The Affidavit of Truth, Affidavit of Corporate Denial, and the Postal Notice. Then the Notice of Default and Three Days Notice to Cure, and finally the Final Notice of Default, Writ of Mandamus, and Writ of Praecipe.
A court reporter was there for my case. In court the bailiff didn’t have anyone stand up when the judge entered the court room. What was really unusual was the public pretenders at one time were calling out the case names. I was expecting the court clerk to call out my case name and remained seated for a while when the public pretender called the case. Just minutes before I had told the female public pretender that she does not represent me, but the male public pretender starts talking, makes mention of my wanting to represent myself and ultimately they and the PA, without any input from me, agree on dismissal with a one year condition that I "don’t get into any trouble." After I did stand up the judge asked me if I were Mr. ALIEN to which I only said "special appearance." So the decision was put to me to either take the dismissal with condition or then represent myself and start from scratch. The court went on with another case while I made the decision. I told the public pretender that their offer was fine, it was decreed so, and I left. Nothing else said, done or signed. A little anticlimactic but that’s what happened.
Akira really knows how to kick judicial butt and I cannot thank him enough for his assistance. We are all tremendously blessed to have him with us.
As Akira would say and I resoundingly agree...
For HIS Glory,
nralien

nralien,
Awesum job !
You did the hard part, you took the first step, and stood your ground.
There are many here who have yet to do, what you have done.
Your example encourages all.
Well done !
For HIS Glory,

Thanks you all for the congratulations.
Until recently my total focus of study had been a [administrative] paperwork resolution of the bench warrant and consequently resisting arrest charge. I know now one must make an appearance in court and demonstrate your sovereignty to the pirates of the court room. With Akira's paperwork, guidance from all the members of Sui Juris, and of course God All Mighty the devils minions will retreat.
My sincerest thanks to everyone,
nralien
