Weis Dismissed Part 2 !

Well, I got arrested for DL expired over 4 months and they threw it out. I used the Ticket Slayer format, but tweaked it out and injected some steroids into it. I filed about 57 pages including exhibits regarding my status as a Florida National and my communications with nearly 40 agencies regarding this (including the local sheriff/county attorney and U.S. District Marshall). In addition, I filed a 20 page brief regarding the current Florida being a Military Jurisdiction imposed upon the Lawful Original 1845 Jurisdiction of Florida; Therfore rendering it impossible for a duty to be imposed by the unlawful state on a lawful state national.

I still have not finished the Nationality correction process, nor did I even get up to the final stages of the Ticketslayer process. They threw it out on the 2nd day of the notice to cure. I am currently working on getting into the NCIC database so I can get flagged as an American National pursuant to 8 USC 1502.

Way to go Weis! I would love to hear more about your nationality correction process and getting into the FCIC (?) database to get flagged as an American National.

If you want to know more about Weis' process you must contact LB Bork. Check the Service Provider section. It is his process. I highly recommend you get the "Red Amendment" and read it first.

Wonderful news Weis. They are shutting up before we get much useful testimony though. Too bad for that.

Florida is basically the prototype region for instatement of METRO organization policy.
