CC discharge SUCCESS

The following is for 1 of 4 cc discharges I sent out a month ago.

I received a statement from CAPITAL ONE saying 'PAYMENT RECEIVED - THANK YOU'.& The discharge was for $773.24; balance 123.10 (I'll consider a CPN).

I checked one of the other accounts on line also from CAPITAL ONE and it states 'RETURNED CHECK' for the approx. $1100 discharge. I'll submit copies of the first success, an affidavit and ask them to return the 'check' to me.& I haven't received a letter from them yet 'informing' me of the 'returned check', I'll ask them to return the check to me and see what they say.

Best to all,

Hula

Tomorrow I am going to an exemption hearing and even though I know I am right, I feel a bit scared.

The success shared by Hula helps me feel that in fact, I am in honor.

Thank you for sharing.

Sui Juris:& I don't mind placing my 'thank you' note on the forum.& I've learned a lot from TSN/Jason; have read CTC2 at least once, CTC 3 at least 3 times.& Searched the Internet for sites with similar information, going on the FTC site, Bankeronline.

Hula,

thanks for sharing.& the main reason I asked for your testimony that this works, is I want other members to hear from someone other than the regular folks with successes.& It is more evident that when it is someone who has come a long way in understanding all of this crap to have a success story under their belt---it is positive reinforcement to other members who may be reluctant to take matters into their own hands.

Its hard to be sovereign when one has been raised in these government schools to know any better.

Hey y'all,

My husband is retired-military, so tell me about it!&

Don't get me wrong, we have those who come to us for help, so we do and try to drill it into them that they MUST be responsible for their decisions and MUST continue to learn and be ready for the next step before the 1st step is taken.& Some of these people 'move on' to other groups, 'get into a pickle', comes back for help, but still don't get it.& Bottom line:& they are not taking this serious enough, all they want is a FAST FIX!&

have a good one
