Procedurally, even if the Ex had wanted the charges dropped, the state wouldn't have done it.

It's all just a front so the word "Dismissed" doesn't have to be proclaimed in front of all, whether the judge looks for a reason for contempt to have you put in a cell for a few only to be released without charges and out of view of everyone.
May you have WISDOM and STRENGTH in your latest efforts!

Another reflection on case #2...
As stated above, #2 occured in an 'empty courtroom', but as the stiuation got 'heated up', more and more people began to drift in from the hallway. Shortly after I had been cuffed, and put in the 'box', the judge rendered her decision, took a recess, and ordered the courtroom cleared, except for myself, one other, clad in orange, and a few corrections officers and baliffs.
All subsequent trials were held before me, while I sat cuffed, in the box, so everyone could see me in my compromised state, no doubt as warning to those who might consider challenging the omnipotent state ! lol
No different than the 'play' put on in Superior Court after my OAS win. Anything to maintain the facade!
For HIS Glory,
Akira

I'm glad to hear you won, but it really ticks me off it took 6 months of your energy to settle this matter.
If the state would spend 1/2 the amount of time on enforcing laws where people's lives, liberties and rights are violated as they do enforcing their contrived statutes and rules under the guise of "public good" or "public safety", maybe we would actually see some effectiveness in the area of improving society. But wait, that would mean keeping their best revenue generating clients (read: those people who are repeat violators of the rights and liberties of their fellow man) in jail.
