As far as I know ...

As far as I know, David, he is walking around a freeman. He was in the remand center for a year, and then he was charged with 19 counts of fraud for writing cheques on a closed account. Our ‘quaint’ court system refused to admit into evidence the true definition of fraud - a willful intent to deceive. When it came for sentencing time, he simply refused the offer to contract. The judge ‘offered’ home arrest and a curfew as he had already spent time in the remand center. For the bond he got a ‘thank-you’ letter from the federal receiver-general.

As for how the court responded to the payment of the bond and the allocution, the fact that he is walking around as a freeman speaks for itself. I talk to him from time to time on email so I know that he is not in jail.

How about that "thank-you letter"? Can we get a look at that?

How about something in the case jacket to contrast with the bond acceptance? He spent a year in jail while out on bond? Then he was convicted while Refusing for Cause!

I understand if he is not going to fight more about it. And really, considering how many pay with their lives for the illusion of freedom, a year for that letter can be expected in the current state of institutionalized tyranny.

I have heard something about if the bond is paid then somebody else (like an attorney) has to go sit in the jail. Something like that. And the jail is around about everybody but your friend - here in the form of War Powers since 1933, all the time.

Regards,

David Merrill.

I personally spoke with Stuart about two months ago. He said that he issued a private agreement to the black robes involved in the case. Around the cure date for the admin process, the black robes terminated his conditional sentence. His parol officier said that never happens.

Stuart did indicate he issued two bonds for 75 mill each, and had a thank you letter from Ralph Goodale (then Min. of Finance). - which is who the bonds were made out too.

Now for the public receiver general... that is the key.

The court refused to admit the bonds into the court record. The black robes gladly accepted them, of course.

Whose coffers?

… so one wonders whose ‘coffers’ the 75M bond enriched? The ‘black robes’????

David, if you are interested in the letter that Stuart rec’d from the receiver-general, it might be an idea for you to contact him yourself.
