I wanted to mention that I heard a month or so ago about a woman in the midwest somewhere who recently got arrested for trying to "steal" a house by writing a bad check.

Is there any way this could happen if we use one of these instruments?

Where did you get the special paper? Can you get it in blank format say at Staples or OfficeMax and then just enter what you need on it and send it out? Can it possibly be this simple? Where do I get the info on this whole system?
