declaratory judgment loss???
kgod,
I emailed you. It looks like some of these folks have got your brain cells buzzing. Hope my email gave you a bit more insight.
Note: The first reply stated the same as I in my email. The judge agreed with you.

declaratory judgment loss???
Black Truth -- know what ya mean! Montana made reference in another thread -- I understand the concept and theory of the private correspondence, heck I'ved used it myself. But sometimes you getthe impresssion that you'ved missed something very important that might help illuminate your grey matter as well.
Come on guys, give.

declaratory judgment win!!!
quiet frankly im embarrassed. when i initially got the order from the judge, i didnt read it correctly to see that me and the judge are almost complete harmony, he only dismissed the petition(even though i won) because of me wanting to not pay a filing fee and a misunderstanding on some case cites. initially i was upset with ice and jerseee for telling me to use the courts to get a judgment, but damn, i really won!! i just got to get a little clarification with the judge thats all. thank you blacktruth for pointing out that i won, thanks akira, thanks ice and jerseee. now its up to me to complete the deal!!! we all are used to defeat with the court and its amazing how much we CAN get done if we take our time and agree with thy adversary. by the way, you guys may have noticed that i changed the name of this thread from declaratory judgment loss to a win. again, im embarrased

declaratory judgment loss???
haha!
A win is never embarrasing!
When you win, we win. Even when you lose, if you share it with us, we win because it builds our knowledge base all the more
p.s. Make sure you get at me with the refined petition. If you got a Federal Judge to concur with your argument, then your document could very well be setting a standard that the rest of us can try in our respective districts!
p.p.s. to change the name of the thread, edit the subject of FIRST message in the thread. At least thats what i've had to do. . .

declaratory judgment win!!!
Here's a question:
Does it diminish a soveriegn's standing at all to pay the filing fee?

heres the real deal. you think a judge will state on the record that your paying the filing fee does? i dont think so. because then he would be giving you a remedy of dont pay it. anyway, the issue im fighing here is travelling vs driving as you know. ill deal with the filing fee another way.

declaratory judgment win!!!
Understood.
Here is where i was going with this:
See, your petition is clear in stating you are a soveriegn.
We also know that taxes imposed by public policy apply ONLY to corporations.
So. . .. does paying the fee (tax) to file allow the judge to take silent judicial notice that you are, in fact, a corporation masquerading as a soveriegn and dismiss your argument?
Thats what i was thinking. ..
