east coast,

please post your concerns in the proper forum (travel rights).

We don't want to hijack this thread into something else. Also, you should search through that forum--there may be soemthing there that already answers your question. AS well as the "Court" forum and "Jurisdiction" forum.

declaratory judgment win

hjr 192 says that demanding a particular species of payment to discharge a debt is against public policy. there are better ways to do the filing fee, you can submit a affidavit stating they cannot require anything but gold and silver coin as per their oath, you can submit a affidavit for the clerk to sign making him or her put INTO WRITING that they are demanding frns. (thus perjuring their oath). are, just file the normal informa pauperia papers the federal court has and just say you dont have lawful money in your possession , thus, making you a pauper.

Yep!! I think title USC 21 211-212 and USC Title 31 5118. The Black robe ignore it and the court clerk. Filing "informa pauperia papers the federal court". Not bad idea at all.

due to my situation, all my filings have been via IFP, int which I wrote a statement saying that I would 1. pay the fee when I was able, and 2. I owned no property.

after studying the Pa,R.C.P rule regarding the form/content of IFP, i decided back then that I wasnt going to submit to an unauthorised search/investigation without a warrant by any "judge"

Several "judges" in the county court house have refused to sign, but I have been successful in finding one who would just sign the IFP rule. that's all it takes.

Of course, that work mixed with prayer and faith works best.

unfortunately, no judge has ever asked me why i refuse to comply with the letter of the "law" (the rule)

I've always had an answer.

And now, with better understanding of HJR-192, I know the best answer.

for that I thank you people here.
