Alternative I.D.

Well, a friend of mine who is going through the process and has corrected his status to that of a Dejure National of his state just called me.

He got his own picture identification certified by a state agency

He then sent it to a federal agency t for a Federal recognition to travel overseas

They called him today & said it was not necessary.

He said he was concerned because he is not a U.S. citizen and can't get a passport.

They said the State recognition is sufficient.

He then asked if it will do in lieu of a passport & they said yes.

They further complied with his request for a cover letter stating that his I.D. is sufficient in lieu of a passport to travel abroad.

My hubby certainly will considering he does not like the idea of getting passports for the children.

One must have their state nationality declared by a formal recognition by the right agencies first.

How can you declare your state nationality if you haven't thouroughly rebutted the U.S. citizen presumption,

The status issue must be addressed PRIOR to such a doc

This goes against my grain, in that my true name (The Master, Henry Franklin) has never had any cause for U.S. Citizenship presumption.

Although I'd be interested to know more, and I am not saying "it ain't so," I just believe that using one's given name, rather than their assigned name can clear up the picture.

Again, I leave room to be corrected, but that's how I feel in my spirit.

I can't find the thread, but Wargames posted that "status" comes from the state.

With all respect to members who know the deal,but for the ones who have just started in their freedom studies;

It's not about you file some paperwork and they roll over & play dead.

If you want to go all out - buck naked (your state) National, you have to be ready to battle.

This means no driver's license, passport, SS benefits, credit cards attached to your SS#, etc . .

You have to be able to handle your own affairs competently WITH the necessary documentation/processes.

You may have to file discrimination lawsuits and sue police officers for dealing with you irrationaly, etc . .

Ultimately, a possible declaratory judgement as to your nationality.

I use the term "status" loosely and interchangeably w/ dejure state nationality.

Yup, I can see you were gettin all introspective and self-actualizing.

When i used to drink, you would get like that into the 3rd or 4th one

So what happened? Did the friend come back? Did the apostilled document work the way it's supposed to?
