I have based my claims on the theory of dba corpiagents under authority of certain U.S.C. Titles. It was a matter of research of those titles and the realiaziation of the apportionment of powers to the courts. To wit. The corpiagent may enact laws to utilize in the common daily business and security of said fictional identity, but that is where the smear campaign of jurisdiction begins for its laws are only for its "employees and others who suffer a tax liability for thier services", or at least thats the apportionment.
HMM
OK another theory. Said corpiagent may enact laws for its needs, on the condition that its laws may not superceed the laws of the State or the Union, and even though the corpiagents laws may be and usually are enacted correctly (or near so), lets examine the States "Statute Book". Is there a copyright on said publication of "Public Law"?
HMMM
It is important to note that the initial cititation timelines were ignored in this case and I applied Joiner v State dismissal request when the District Court utlized State Laws to attempt prosecution.
Akira, thank you for re-posting in appropriate area, I wasn"t sure where the best area would be. And Big Al its nice to know there are others nearby. Goog luck with the clowns!
