David Williams 3rd wins free room & board
Florida newsclipping of Jan. 10, 2008:
http://www.northcountrygazette.org/n...e_judge_liens/
David Williams 3rd succeeded in winning more than 19 years of free room and board after a two day trial in federal court that convicted him of multiple counts of mail fraud, obstruction of justice, and filing false claims because he had filed several liens against prosecutors and judges in cases that went against him. He was a member of the Redemption Movement.

The room and board isn't "free"..
You are the one who's paying for it, out of your tax "contributions"..

And your point is? Have you seen this man's paperwork? Maybe it was lacking, or fatally flawed. Or maybe, just maybe, this was the only way out for the public officials that he filed against. Pretty hard to enforce a lien against someone from behind bars. But public officials, especially judges, would never act that way,..... would they? Public officials, especially judges, NEVER break they law.........do they? My guess is, the guy probably had immaculate paperwork, like Leroy Sweitzer's, and to leave him free and walking about would be very dangerous to many public officials carreers. Has your statist mind ever considered that, is it even capable?
I filed a lien against a judges house once, guess what he did..........he fraudulently conveyed it into a trust, after the lien was a matter of public record. A judge who broke the law, who woulda thunk it?

And yet another winner!!
A Colorado man, who claimed that being "a state citizen" but denied being a U.S. citizen, enabled him to drive without a DL is the most recent winner of free room and board (five days, but his cases ,ay not be over).
He made it easy on the police, because they had watched him drive away from hearings at which he was told he couldn't drive without a DL.

I would suggest he was merely testing the courts hypothesis.

Shoonra,
Who is the injured party? How was anyone harmed or threatened? I suppose 5 days in jail is justice in your mind. Further, you also seem to take joy in making such announcements. Am I correct in those assertions?
You are pathetic.
