We dont accept "bank notes" "trust notes" or notes

Had a conversation with a credit card company. They "informed me" they don't accept bank notes.

How is one to satisfy the account?

HA!

The guy I spoke with said "he would try to get the original instrument" back to me. If he couldn't he offered to send a "copy". I advised him we would cross that bridge when we come to it. (NoD, PoA, LoC, ...)

I think I will send a copy of a 20 $ frn in as "satisfaction".

That's a problem

Federal Reserve Notes are, in fact, bank notes.

You need to ask them what to pay them with.

I plan to lay on them that after written agreement.

The "account" this is related to is "through work". The "plan administrator", a financial guy, called me today. We chatted. He was under the misunderstanding that "3 bills of exchange" were issued (over a period of time) and causing the CC administrative headaches. He offered that the CC company could not process them (BOE) even though (his words) the BOE is a perfectly legit instrument. I then "dropped" on him, "well, I thought according to commercial law that if they choose not to accept the instrument, they discharge the debt. "

The silence was deafening.

After about 30 seconds he offered up that the BOE processing was 'according to their policy' and 'not normal' and 'causes them "headaches"'.

LOL.
