Why is the removal not reflected on the docket?

Indeed. I got a similar comment from one of the suitors I broadcast the attachments to. Please keep us up on any developments.

I have not put much time into understanding this matter and by the comment in the emails made by Richard McDONALD I got the impression some substantive headway had been made a couple weeks ago. It would seem that the USA failed to show up in state court and thus defaulted at least.

Regards,

David Merrill.

Correct me if I am wrong but it appears the result of all this is:

1) The lien has been removed from the county records.

2) The IRS is not prohibited from extorting 3rd parties to send them Lucille Offiler's "money".

Is anyone aware if a Libel of Review in Federal Court would reverse a IRS seizure?

If the case was to be removed to Federal Court why record the FL State judges cancellation order to begin with and why is that order still recorded in the Osceola Recorders Office? Why is the NOFTL still there and why hasn't she had it purged from the recorders office by now?

They are not even Americans, the Federal Reserve. So why should they be listening to these lower courts?

It is much more effective to simply remove the liens yourself with a UCC-3. It is just as soon as the IRS/Treasury agent finds out about it, like in the case here, another one is filed.

So the Treasury agents are getting so they do not even bother publishing at the county clerk and recorder. They just send a letter saying you owe the Treasury money to the broker, banker or employer. No judgment or Notice necessary...

David Merrill.

As this involved a federal tax lien, a state court lacked authority to decide on the case. I have no idea why the state court even went through the motions, but the statement in the state "decision" that the US govt did not respond, when there were obviously pleadings filed by the US Attorney, makes me think that this "not official do***ent" is less than meets the eye.

I am aware of other ways to remove NFTL's and I am not concerned with employers and the Fed at the moment, I want to know how the office of the Osceola County Recorder can leave the lien on the public record in disregard of a court order. How is that the County Recorder is not worried about a lawsuit in their personal capacity?
