victory today in court

Hey all if you follow my case(post) you know I had court today and for those who have not .(read past post)

Well Court again for reckless driving. This time my tactic was to bring a witness a creditable witness. I select a Attorney now the constitution states we have the right to unlimited contracting. So I chose this Attorney. My goal was to use him speak for me not saying I am unable to understand the law as they stated. Judge calls my name my attorney says with counsel not as my lawyer or public jester with counsel. He was like my co-counsel partner. Ok he goes out and talks to the CA commonwealth attorney. I go outside just to hear the conversation I sit accross. He is doing his wheel and deal. Though out the conversation the CA goes Im not dismissing the case, and plus he file some papers I am going for improper driving. He(my counsel) gets up didnt even know who I was I never met him didn twant to before my case. I approach him he says HakeemI say yes What papers did you file. I would like to seem them I am sure this will be a improper driving charge but I am curious about your papers she didnt seem happy. I give him my papers. He takes a look at them(affidavit of truth/3 notice defaul) goto www.ticketslayer.com He keeps looking at them ask me who prepare this for me I say a friend of mine. He sits there next I can tell he feels uncomfortable. He gets up goes out and talks to the CA. comes back in. The judge continue to call cases final they get to mine and a lot of people are still here. The CA is not even in I say to my-self I am a free man baby. the Judge goes. Ok no pro something their not going to process or charge me the case is dismiss. I am free to go he signs the form and I am out. So I am curious I say to my counsel whats wrong what happen. He say well their was a technical problem the officer didnt have the authoriy or didnt properly use it. I say ok tell me the truth he winks and say good job. Well he kept my papers
and did not give them to me b/c He was amaze. I wonder if he will use this for his high price clients his rich boys.

Ok I use him to speak for me I did not use a public jester b/c he is with the court system. I brought my own contracted counsel not attorney or lawyer. counsel. The key is these liars will not listen to you and try to ignore your rights but if you bring in a witness he has a little more power than you. you can beat them at their game. This lawyer I use was in a hard spot. He couldve just tried to get me to except improper charge but I never told him what I did. So when he saw the papers he became a witness and was my counsel paid by contract he could not void the contract between us. If he did what grounds. I did not lie or misslead him I simply told the truth. If he knew about what I was going to do He wouldve abandon me from the start.

ok this is what I was facing. 6 months jail. driver liscense suspended for a year and 1500 fine.

I had no witness no one to come and see this injustice. So I hired co-counsel not public jester thats a no no. cost me 1275 including ticket slayer. See i use him b/c he knows the systme better than I but I am starting to learn.

Oh it was great I knew my plan would work. I put on my best Italian suit. I felt like John Goddi the Attention was on me b/c everybody was getting harmered by this judge and they all was looking at me like I was this millionaire or god father with my lawyer. But I simply use the system against them.

Congrats on the win.

Sorry it had to cost you $1275. Yikes!! What did that counsel do for you? Recarpet your house or something?

EXCELLENT strategy, haKEEM! I'm impressed. I might be inclined to use a similar strategy as well if i had $1275 at my disposal every time.

Now, the next step is to sue for false arrest! That is the only logical step to pursue next. You want to get them to stop harassing you altogether.

Smile TicketSlayer

My congratulations to hAKEEM! The TicketSlayer docs. only cost haKEEM $65.00 I guess the extra $1,210 was for the fancy mouth piece. Maybe I should raise my rates. Just kidding. Thanks for posting your win haKEEM and for mentioning TicketSlayer.

Good strategy Hakeem. I think you pinned the esquire down with a contractual duty he could not escape without risking lawsuits from several potential angles.

I cannot say that esquire fees can be money well spent, but in this case it was not a waste because Hakeem had a plan and figured out how to make that bastard work for him rather than working for the system.

The use of the esquire makes for a bittersweet victory, but it is none the less a victory! Way to go Hakeem!

Greg,

Maybe you could find it in yourself to offer the suijuris members a bit of a discount... if you are interested in this contact me and we can arrange a way to do this so only registered suijuris members can access the special price rather than anyone just browsing suijuris.net.

I think your prices are reasonable - but suijuris represents a pretty large buying pool. ;)

your right it cost me but I am starting to see a pattern. Money talks. Thats whyNBA and pro athletes get off they have the money to get this info. Like for instants popular rapper DMX get arrested for impersonating a cop found cocaine on him and weed and he get all charges drop to a misde driving on suspended liscense. Now I am willing to pay this guy this money b/c now I have made anothe good contact this gut is the best of the best. i had another lawyer for 350.00 but I wanted the best I could afford b/c I want to pick their brains. This lawyer knew they could not do a thing to me and he use it and got it drop. And guess what he called me this evening and applaud what I did. He said I make deals b/c the people are ignorant of their rights everyday I see someone get a charge they dont deserve no law was broken nor any one injured. I am happy to finally know some one that knows the law. Ending he said ALL good lawyers know the law and will use it if you use them or pay them good. I ask him can I pick his brain and he said yeah so I said i will be in touch with you.

Now through out my trial.
I made friends with Sherrif, 2 Lawyers, JudgeSo I think I am on th right track. I have founf soe Individuals who know the system. I just dont know how these guys sleep at night after a hard day f lieing in court.

Last thing' you think O.J paid to much for his freedom. I was not guilty to me OJ was but its the system. Kobe free you think it was him or his highly paid lawyers. Your right some dont have the money to do this but some do. Now I can throw some good questions his way for you guys just to see what he says. This guy is so dam excited even though I use him. He call me again and said this eveing and said these documents are a get out of jail card free. And wants me to come to his office just to talk. So I am bringing some good questions to ask him. You guys got any email to me and I will try to get them answer.

Bravo!

Hakeem, definitely some smarts. I wonder if there's a way you could extract more info out of these guys as a type of "guilt offering" for the cause. After you get to know them for a while, ask them the burniing question, "How do you sleep at night knowing that the system is flawed." If you find one with a contrite heart, imply that he may be able to "redeem" himself by being a silent partner for the Sovereigns.

Congrats Hakeem!

Hi, this is my first post, but I've been reading the forums for the last 5 days, about 16 hours a day.

First off, great job Hakeem. I don't see why they are even able to stall the way they do, considering ALL the evidence is in your favor. They should dismiss right off the bat per the default notice on the affidavit. How do they legally even have the chance to lure you back into their jurisdiction or trick you? Is there no way to force a dismissal based on the affidavit, before you even hit the trial?

Also, have you guys heard anything more about the cancellatura method of obtaining your sovereignty? I'm in direct contact with someone right now who has gone through the process with the common law courts and has gotten his status apostilled with the secretary of state. He is bonafied sovereign with better than diplomat status.

When the police run his name/numbers they immediately get a *Do not detain, Release Immediately* on their computers. He never even gets to a court room because they don't have jurisdiction from the start. Even if a cop writes him a ticket, he is able to "refuse for cause without dishonor" and never has to show up to court.

He even has his child support defered by refusing all letters and judgements for cause without dishonor and they MUST listen. Not only is he not having to pay child support anymore, but as soon as he puts his ex-wife on notice, he automatically gets his children into his custody (women gets the children in slave laws, man in sovereign laws).

I still love your site, but is there a reason more people aren't posting about the cancellatura process since we know that it works?

Great site (I've been spending 8+ hours a day on it)
Hope to be posting more.
Andy.
