LoR for IRS Liens and Levies

free speech. . .

looking for a basic step by step how to implementation of LoR to negate IRS liens and levies.
I have a basic understanding of the concept, however, I am not clear on the actual 'procedure' part.

thanks in advance.

That is what I do. Typically this is done by referral. One suitor gives my number to family or a friend.

It is the procedure of becoming a court of competent jurisdiction that is worth the money. Once a fellow and his rural Montana Friday coffee club worked through the LoR together from my Internet writings. They were so word processor illiterate that after the first page, they all had the first suitor's name on it still. So don't be shy. They sent me some cash after the fact for use of my intellectual property.

Regards,

David Merrill.
