Paying Taxes

"There is no Social Security law requiring that one have a number, but the IRS

Tax Code, section 6109 subsection A, stipulates that taxpayers shall utilize their

Social Security numbers when filing tax returns. Therefore, if one pays taxes, one

must have a Social Security number." -- Letter from Lloyd Bentson, U.S. Senator from Texas

Gregtu,

It is also a matter of whether you are a US citizen subject (slave) or not. Personally I do not pay "income taxes" and file a commercial affidavit every year. Haven't paid income taxes since 1992. I have sent a BoE to discharge claims for the past, however.

Who does Subtitle A apply to?

Non-resident aliens working in a federal territory.

For whom is it mandatory to get a social security number?

Non-resident aliens wishing to work in a ferderal territory.

If you are an American living in one of the States of the Union, then you are not paying the Income Tax under subtitle A. You are paying the Employment Tax under Subtitle C.....which is totally voluntary.

KT,

Many people have used that argument in the past only to have it ignored. The problem is that people claim US citizenship and when you do that you're dead. The presumption of US citizenship must be rebutted first. If you are a US citizen then you are a federal citizen under the 14th Amendment subject to Social Security. One of the ways to rebut the citizenship issue is the UCC-1.

I didn't offer it as an argument. It's just the way it is.

Hmm I am unaware that 14th Amendment Citizens must accept Social Security. Where is this written?

Aren't the original 14th Amendment Citizens the slaves that were considered property and not human beings?

Citizenship is not the point anyway, contracts and commercial agreements are the point. The agreement is presumed to be in effect when you accept a government benefit. SS is a government benefit, the use of FRN's is a government benefit, the use of a 2 letter abrieviation for your state is a benefit, the use of a zip code is a benefit. If you accept the benefit, it is presumed that you are ok with the bankruptsy and ok with pledging your body and property as collateral for it. It is the contract that nullifies your common law rights.

KT,

When you become a US citizen it has everything to do with it. There were no US citizens until the 14th Amendment. It was always Citizens of the united States or State Citizens. There is a big difference.

Section. 2.

Clause 1: The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

The above is the State Citizen clause.

We have already discussed US citizenship and the fact that the STRAWMAN is a taxpayer.

Well you believe that the Strawman is a taxpayer but you have no code to back up your belief. If he was a taxpayer then the IRS would not have to doctor his IMF to lie to the system.

It's all about excuses for creating credit money through commercial agreements. A bankrupt country can have no laws let alone enforce them.
