I attempted to fax the cover with handwritten inquiry but the fax # failed. So I called the voice # and a helpful assistant of the government official with that # today told me he cannot find Bill Hefner in the directory of both Houses.
This information may be too outdated to follow up on. However from the timeframe as I recall, this cover letter may have been the origin of many a rumor. The cover letter may be genuine however without the attached material it leaves the reader to assume there are fully funded and staffed internment camps awaiting usage or being used today. I will not jump to that conclusion upon the cover letter and I must admit, it is the most convincing evidence of this conspiracy theory I have seen to date.
I will not deny there is some degree of GITMO Bay style of holding cells on American soil. I am sure there are plenty of
holding cells scattered throughout government installations, maybe even a few of capacity to astound me. My theories on a mental archetype being the cause of False Memories planted in a global preconscious or shared consciousness keep me a bit skeptical about the existence of large holding facilities awaiting general civilian internment concentration.

In other words, I believe without ever confirming it with Cory that at the time of the Lecture he truly meant that he would be exposing this phenomenon - that his resolve to do so even if somebody from government threatened him was genuine. But feedback and subsequent research caused him to understand the same general mental archetypes (like the big-eyed space aliens existing in a lady's mind a thousand years ago) theory. That is why he simply dropped the subject. He was incorrect and decided to just drop it before he would have to apologize to everybody.
