Bill of Exchange or Bond of Discharge? For Discharging IRS Claim of Debt?

I am receiving mixed reports of others having success in using this procedure which is associated with the UCC/Redemption procedure.

I know someone who is willing to help me free, but I still have reservations on this as a remedy for IRS problems.

Either is good.& You could use a CPN too.& Everyone wants to promote one over the other... but the truth is, they can all be created on the same p.c.
