With the help of you and a few others on this forum(Weis, Charles, Akira, and Codee), I have found enough information to truly understand the office of "PERSON".

Here is the issue for all to ponder: If funding is voluntary, and the majority does not want to contribute, then how will we pay for the roads that we now use, the capital improvement projects, the storm drain systems, sewer systems, etc.?

Just food for thought. Perhaps that specific question should be placed in its own thread?

First, a question:

I have not been on here recently and have not had time to do much research at all. Therefore, I am not sure that I am clear on the distinction, or legal definitions of natural person vs a flesh and blood human being. I can certainly see the difference (legallly) between a person and a natural person and I have always been told that natural person referred to humans where person can be corporations, trusts, etc. I have NEVER seen any statutes or regulations of any kind that say flesh and blood human being or something of the sort. Obviously there are laws to apply to flesh and blood men and women, so what is the legal distinction or definition that sets all this apart??

Secondly, regarding the funds needed to pave roads and build schools, etc., most of that comes from local taxes, road taxes, SPLOSTs, etc. As far as defence and other federal programs, the money that is collected by the IRS does not go towards those items. Never has and never will...

1. You'll probably never see statutes on this. If there were statutes, then everyone would know and the cat would be out of the bag. When I was in your shoes, I read through the citizenship/jurisdiction forums for a few days (weeks? I don't remember), and soaked up everyone's knowledge. Weis has a great link in his signature to "get deprogrammed".

http://deprogram.us/

I can't say from experience that this works, however, several others on the forum have apparently had success with this. I just haven't had to face to music yet.

2. True, income tax does not go towards roads, my bad. However, social security IS collected by the IRS and the revenue goes to the trust funds, not to the General Fund. When the Social Security trust fund has a surplus, it is invested in Treasury bonds. That is equivalent to "loaning" it to the rest of the government. The Treasury bonds held by the trust funds represent a legal commitment for the rest of government to pay back the bonds with interest when they come due. \

looked into the deprogramming thing...talked to weis and another person that he was working with, (forgot his name) and got some good info. I will do it eventually, just busy with other things now, so its on the back burner for now.

I will try to set aside some time to dig into threads about persons, jurisdiction over them, statutes pertaining to, etc.

Thankfully this is not a time sensitive issue, but it needs to be addressed, so i just have to get my butt in gear and do it.

thanks for the help
