Dan Meadors old site online

I thought it was long gone. Looked for it many times,

Stumbled on it by accident last night...

District courts, or district courts of the United States, are Article III judicial courts; the United States District Court, or the United States district courts, are Article IV legislative-territorial courts of the United States. The latter have absolutely no Article III judicial capacity - they are admiralty courts that operate under bastardized rules, with a few cosmetic brushes, "in the course of the civil law". True Article III judicial courts, the district courts of the United States, were established primarily as common law courts, proceeding " in the course of the common law" (Judicial acts of 1789 & 1792).

This is the **** I could never understand. Admiralty suits are a function that Article three operates on.

How do these people keep thinking that the rules of admiralty are beyond the reach of article three?

What is the difference between a dead man and the people posting on this forum...?

I cannot believe this was actually posted!

Lets see here... difference number one... LIFE!

As to my point... it was that DAn Meador thinks like nothing at all anymore... he is dead.

You will have to first see, Craig, that someone stated how Dan Meador currently thought. Then you will have to see the opertunity to correct one and let them in on the fact that Dan died.

Other than that,,, what is your point?

Cody;
I humbly apologize if this offended you in any way.

Obviously it is under stood that Dan has passed from the existence that we call life.
I would think that you would by now know that I choose the words that I use, to mean what I have to say, not what someone would misconstrue what they thought that I might be saying.
Where did I say anything about any of the people that post on this forum?

The point was to be a joke. And that there are to many persona's in this world not doing much thinking.
Life's to short to be so serious about everything

Peace Cody. I have no bone to pick with you.

Now very sadly the new Codee makes the list

So you call me a mental masturbator and then claim to have NO bone to pick.

OK craig... you keep at the whole all perosns are dead and persons do not belong to people thing. Fine with me. If you cannot understand that only in limited circumstances that a person is not a natural person then you cannot/won't understand.

I do not know why you keep interjecting with jokes or what ever which elude to a point never made and further never proved.

Take care to you and at some point I hope you start making sense again.

Good Morning Codee,

With all the acute minds on this forum, I did not think I had to hammer the obvious.

And where was the fact that he was dead made obvious on this thread.

Start writing for minds not so acute.
