<font color=darkblue face=tahoma>I agree completely with iamfreeru2.

In this situation I would basically challenge the juristiction/authority of the US Attorney to even talk to me. Perhaps an affidavit of non-corporate status, definitively removing self from the jurisdiction of the US Attorney and the codes he enforces.

I've also become very interested in Pleas in Abatement.

I agree that the Abatement is the way to go for most offers from these people, i.e. IRS, DOJ, and others.

check out http://usa-the-republic.com/abatements/Abate_0.html

There is some examples there and how the abatement works. Good stuff

None yet, but I have used the nom deguerre with success. This seems to go beyound the nom deguerre and explains the nom deguerre in it. I will use it the next time I get a chance

leatherlips,

Would you expand a bit on how you used the nom de guerre to succeed? Perhaps a bit of background, context, etc. if not too much to ask.

Thanks.

<font color=darkblue face=tahoma>A nom de guerre (name of war) is specific evidence of the existence of a fictitious persona.

Arguing jurisdiction is a fait accompli and utterly irrelevant when one has already answered as surety for a persona.

There is no allowance in the Federal Constitution, nor in the Constitutions of the several states which authorize the use or recognize the existence of nom de guerres and as such they are a persona non grata

Look under mail stratagies. I tell the nom deguerre process there. I was getting letters from the State tax department wanting money they said I owed and I declaired them a fiction in my last letter to them and I have sent every letter they sent me since back unopened with the nom deguerre and I haven't heard from them for over two months now.

Going two months without hearing from a state taxing agency isn't long enough to determine anything. If you go 6 without a word, then they might be leaving you alone.

[b]Interesting how the US claims to be the damaged party. If they are party to the action, then how can they be the prosecutor also?</b?

<font color=darkblue face=tahoma>Agreed.

2 months could just be a reloading interval
