I am pleased that Chuck has not actually been convicted of anything and has taken a stand to remain silent against his terrorist assailants.
I bet the SQuatlosers are enjoying the media propagandizing of this story and are reveling in the unlawful and silent hatred of their corporate Luciferian terrorist masters.
U.S. Marshals on Thursday arrested Charles Conces of Battle Creek, the Justice Department announced.
The arrest resulted from a federal judge's Feb. 23 order finding Conces in civil contempt of court for failing to obey a court order entered on Feb. 8.
Conces, who lives in Pennfield Township, has run for Michigan attorney general and secretary of state as a member of the U.S. Taxpayers Party and has staged public protests against county judges outside the Calhoun County courthouse in Battle Creek.
The Feb. 8 order compelled Conces to disclose to the government the identities of certain persons for whom he drafted or provided advice regarding federal income taxes, the identities of the persons who are responsible for his Web site, and all documents that he drafted or assisted in drafting for these persons no later than Feb. 16.
Conces refused to disclose the identities and documents as ordered by the court.
On Feb. 23, the court held Conces in civil contempt and ordered him to report to the U.S. Marshal no later than noon on March 1, 2007. Conces reported to the U.S. Marshals and was taken into custody. According to the court's Feb. 23 order, Conces will remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshals until he complies with the order to disclose these identities and documents.
In April 2006, the court permanently enjoined Conces and his organization, the National Lawman Committee for the Public Interest, from preparing tax returns for others and promoting several tax fraud schemes. The court had concluded that Conces promoted "tax evasion by creating and selling materials designed to obstruct the administration of the income tax laws."
"The Justice Department is not only committed to shutting down the tax scams that cheat the federal treasury and the taxpayers who pay into it, but also ensuring that such tax scams do not resurface later," said Eileen J. O'Connor, assistant attorney general for the federal Justice Department's Tax Division, in a press release.
"Tax scam promoters who disobey court orders and refuse to comply with established court procedures risk severe consequences."
(unlike the IRS, who have never complied with a court order or ever adhered to Supreme Court precedent and are NOT subject to any audit checks or balances as they are the enforcement arm of the corporate "INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND" and NOT the corporate "UNITED STATES"!)
[
The United States is a part owner of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and holds about
19 to 20% of the stock in this private corporation. (See 22 USCA 286
et seq.) The Governor of the
Fund cannot be paid by the United States. Question: Where does the pay for the Judges of the Federal District Court come? [BATF]
Below the box containing the Governor for the IMF we find the IRS. The Secretary makes the
rules that the IRS must follow and Delegates authority to the Commissioner on down the line to the
agents in the field. The Secretary as the Governor of the IMF is then in charge of the IRS. It follows
that the agents in the field must be under his direct command if we have read the statutes correctly.
Under his direction, some of the functions of the IRS are to send letters, make demands, visit
and victimize the victims. This is done under the color of law. The phrase
“color of law” means
something that appears to be genuine, but is not. These IRS agents are in fact, agents for the
Governor of the IMF not the USA. Question: Why are there two separate sections in the Internal
Revenue Code dealing with misconduct? (See: 26 USC §§ 7214 and 7433). Why are the Notices of
Lien “Under Revenue Laws” not signed, but stamped for a third party? MODUS OPERANDI
Just to the left of the box containing the IRS we see a box around (DOJ) Department of
Justice and arrows connecting these two entities. In the United States Attorney
’s Manual (USAM),
we find that the IRS and DOJ must work in harmony.
USAM 6-4.010 reads in pertinent part: The Federal Tax Enforcement Program is designed to
protect the public interest in preserving the integrity of this Nation’s self-assessment tax
system . . . The Federal Tax Enforcement Program is designed to have the broadest possible
impact on compliance attitudes by emphasizing balanced enforcement, not geographic
location and economic and vocational status . . However, the tax enforcement program
can only work effectively if the IRS, Department of Justice, and U.S. Attorneys work in
harmony.] [from "ARE YOU LOST AT SEA"]

Careful as you are reading way too much into what has been printed. If you notice, there is no byline to this article.
Conces has not been convicted of anything.
This same article appears on WZZM's website as well with no byline. WZZM & Enquirer are both owned by Gannett.
Being held in custody for contempt of court is not a conviction. The paper should have explained this. When dealing with legal words sometimes it's best not to be swapping out words or assuming what a judge has ordered.
Maybe the Enquirer would be so kind as to let us have thier copy of the PDF files containing this US Disctrict Court case so we ALL can read what it really says.
I would like to know who wrote the article.

Lovely LibraPosted: Sat Mar 03, 2007 1:24 pmLine94,
Thank you very much for posting this information. I will definitely read it, and am very interested in these issues.
My ignorance a few years back, and total disregard to pay attention to all the tax law details being enacted made me a believer in paying careful attention to these issues.

Does one have to have a license to prepare tax forms or give advice? Not that I'm aware of. When it comes down to it we each sign our own returns.
"The court had concluded that Conces promoted "tax evasion by creating and selling materials designed to obstruct the administration of the income tax laws."
Apparently they have never heard of freedom of the press or freedom of speech.
They also state that it is not tax evasion per say that he is charged with... it is that he is not giving up the names of those he sold to or consulted for about their taxes.
