Rights reserves, no recourse, not an accommodation, UCC bla, bla, bla... these things say that you do not recognize yourself as a corporation. Commerce operates in Maritime/Admiralty Law in where corporations can only deal with other corporations hence the distinction of John Doe from JOHN DOE. If you are claiming on any contract that you are John Doe, not JOHN DOE chances are it will pop some red flairs somewhere because the corporation licensed to operate in the state/s can not deal with John Doe, but JOHN DOE.
