Thanks for the idea. That is kind of where I thought I would go with this. I have got to call and find out where I nmeed to go to file an appeal. I'm still going to callenge their "evidence" as prima facie as they did not say anything that made their evidence more acceptable. Iprobably made a jmistake by admitting that I was a resident of Alabma. But that doesn't make me a citizen unless I live on state owned land- which I don't. I'm gong to try to shift the burden of proff back on to them rather than on to me, as they are the plaintiffs and the burden of proof is on them.
