Another attack on the First Amendment. Of course, it's up to the people to understand this, and look to the Declaration of Independence for possible solutions.

abolish the Fed - now, ourselves
I attended a few We the People meetings and the folks were a little standoffish because I would never sign anything or give out my email on the lists they passed around. However they let me speak and show my video one meeting.

I passed around the failed appeal too and what was interesting is that We the People people, including Bob Schulz had not made the announcement - I did. I think that really got them thinking; here is this guy who will not, for whatever reason joinder into their group, who informs them of the Appeals Court decision against We the People...
The next meeting, three people showed up.
I do not think there were any meetings after that.
Regards,
David Merrill.

Schulz has posted the Court Order on his website:
http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org...ionAug2007.pdf
It is worth noting that the Court rested its authority to stop WTP's anti-tax publications under 26 USC sec 6700, an anti-fraud measure against peddling phony tax shelters. The Court decision expounds on this.

Actually BobT, IMHO, probably a better time to look to Shakespeare for possible solultions.
CAUTION: Do not speak of Civil Rights within the State of Florida. This judiciary has declared that the act of telling others of their 'civil rights' is a felony crime, punishable by a 5 year imprisonment. www.nancygrant.info

Thanks for the warning, Jerry. I suppose I am fortunate not to be in Florida.
Although as I recall, the other King George was not happy with the Declaration of Independence, his statutes, and judges didn't support it either. Nevertheless, that didn't stop the colonies from acting independently. I guess the question is should we love tyranny or liberty?

Yeah, it seems the court respects code, and is ignorant of the Constitution. What a surprise.

WTP and Schulz are located in, and were doing business in, the United States. That's how they made themselves subject to US law.
