IRS INQUIRY

Has any one heard of a guy named Mark in regards to help with IRS owed taxes and satisfaction of IRS debt? I understand he gives seminars regarding IRS, he is out of San Diego. If so, any comments regarding his seminars and whether he has provided the satisfaction of his claims to remove the IRS debt and to set you up as a tax free entity?

thanks for any help you can give.

[color=black][b]Linda, welcome to the forum. If this guy uses code sections in Title 26 as the solution instead of the common law-stay away.

[color=black][b]Before you do that, go to this thread HERE & click on the links I provided. STUDY THESE UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND. You will see that you should NOT use Title 26 in any arguments w/ the IRS.

Not to mention, there is no Liability Statute :

just stay close to the basic issues, i.e.

did IRS do a proper assessment and, if so, how did they do an assessment for subtitle A income taxes when there is no liability statute for those taxes?

Continue to push on these basic points, more people will

come to agree and take an affirmative stand against the IRS, hastening their demise.

Weary of watching the endless debates about totally irrelevant issues, it's time to cast away the excess baggage, and get down to basics.

<font color=darkblue face=verdana>In regards to a "tax free entity" let me be the first to say that such an entity is first and foremost called the state "citizen." All other entities derive their tax immunity from the power vested in said citizen/sovereign.
