IRS form for foreigners sending money home?

I was listening to some talk radio the other morning and some one brought up a recent form for people that are sending money back home (canada or mexico etc).

From what I heard all it requires is a birth cert from a foreign person that you say your sending the money too and no questions asked you receive a full refund of anything withheld.

I didn't catch the name of the form. :(

Any one else hear of this?

Not by Form. No. I have not heard about it specifically but Alan Greenspan was telling us about the account deficit after he announced his retirement and received knighthood from the Sovereign and Independent City of London.

Congresspersons will give you lipservice about illegal immigration but they will never explain why their hands are tied behind their backs.

Account Deficit. It used to be called Trade Deficit - back when me and my underaged friends were squabbling over who got the worm in the bottom of the Mezcal in a back-alley pub in south Juarez. We learned about the Trade Deficit coming home with Bose and Marantz speakers and amplifiers, having paid a fifth of what we could get them for from a local outlet here.

Regards,

David Merrill.
