Filed back in January some amended forms 1040X and Form 4852 for 2003, 04, 05, and my 06 return. Get a letter 3176C from Ogden saying my claims wre based on a frivolous position I was taking. There claim was they were not going to respond to anymore of my requests. I fired back another letter asking them to prove and on what basis was my claim frivolous. Get a letter from Austin assessing a penalty on my 2003 return. This is funny because they claimed that I didn't pay on time. So it goes from being frivolous without any proof of being so to a penalty in the amount of $1000 for not paying on time. Well I did pay on time and if I didn't then why are they waiting till now to let me know. Could it be because I've filed for overpayments. I'm not planning on giving these pricks a penny more. I'll keep asking them the law that make's one liable and the law that specifically states where a private man or woman is obligated to pay a tax on their labor and of course, the contract between myself and the IRS. I personally think the IRS is up to their elbows with complaints about their fraud anyway.

Yea, I have been using FOIA requests to get my Master File decoded and I also received a standard non-response threat letter saying that if I continued in my pursuit I could be audited. The letter stated that my position has been found to be frivolous. "What position?". I am attempting to decode my IMF and that position is frivolous?

The IRS are compartmentalized terrorists and they know it! They just continue to intimidate and threaten anyone who wishes to retain their personally guaranteed constitutional freedoms and liberties.

They know their days are numbered.
