DOJ After Schulz

So it looks like "We The Tax Protestors" are being targeted
http://quatloos.com/qforum/viewtopic.php?t=213

Anyone who attempts to challenge the Feds, in any mala prohibitum arena; without correcting their status will almost always be a loser - especially when it involves addressing a plank of the Communist Manifesto.

Greetings:

It appears that most of these "types" like their communism but do not like the most important facet of it: INCOME TAX.

Section 4 of the 14th Amendment: "The public debt shall not be questioned."

DOJ going after "We the People".... I was wondering when that was going to come about.
A bunch of unruly subjects neglecting to pay their income tax... It was bound to happen.

More than a year ago Schulz (no T) announced, with lots of fanfare, that he was daring the feds to come after him for his tax-dodging scheme. Looks like they accepted his challenge.

Pity of it is that last year he spent about $75000 on slimey attorney Mark Lane for a no-win lawsuit about making the IRS respond in detail to each and every letter. This crashed and burned almost immediately, but Lane kept his retainer. So it's not clear how much money Schulz has left for another court fight.

So far it appears the govt just wants to shut down his tax-dodging promotions; that's a civil matter. The future may yet hold a criminal prosecution.

The wise thing to do would be to hire a private investigator and go after some of these prosecutors, judges, etc.. Invariably, such people are total criminals..

Press charges against them FIRST, before the DoJ is able to swing into motion..

No private investigator will dare going after these peoples. Only the man in black suite with a lot of complaint from the peoples and AG will do such thing to go after the black roper and comrades.

Tell them to "read and certify" the charges.
File a silver surety bond.
The OMB number on the 1040 form is NOT a valid number.

Pretty much invariably..

Almost all $$ paid into courts ends up in slush funds run by the local judges + magistrates. Just catch the criminals in the act, and send them to the Fed pen for a nice 20-year holiday.

It's been done before.. it'll be done again.
