IRS Letter Critque
Hi All, I need a little help, I was sent a notice of deficiency for
the IRS and then I sent them a response letter to them.
Basically the letter said that I am a nontaxpayer, that their letter
was addressed to a corporate person in a corporate state and I am not
that person they are looking for, and that I have already revoked all
signatures as evidenced by my notice of revocation (which I had
attached) It also asked them the meaning of the 12 digit zip code on
the letter. I then proceeded to tell them if they did not respond to
my questions or requests that I am exonerated of any implication of
wrong doing.
I get a letter back from them 33 day later saying they want 60 days to
find out what action they will take. And I do not need to do anything
at this time. Eff that! I understand that in Administrative law
that, "The one who leaves the battlefield first, looses" And if I did
not respond they will win. We don't want that right? I thought so.
Here is my 2nd response letter. Please look over it and help me out.
Give me some ammo to blow these guys out of the water. Thanks in
advance for your help!
------------------------------------------
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in response to your letter dated August 11, 2008.
Since you have failed to respond in 30 calendar days to my previous
letter, received by you June 9, 2008 (see attached photocopy) this
matter is now closed in in regard to my previous letter
"Failure to completely answer the above questions, and failure to
comply with or respond to each of the above requests, sign and return
this document within 30 days of the date of receipt, shall stand as
prima facie evidence that the agency and/or agent originally
requesting information from the Citizen no longer has a reason or need
for information, and hereby attests that Citizen is hereby exonerated
of any implication of error, omission or wrongdoing regarding the
designated time periods, that no liability exists, and that no further
inquiry will be made."
You further failed in not responding to my questions that were posed
on the original letter.
Further, you also seem to continually use the number (222-22-2222) in
conjunction with me. This number has nothing to do with me, (my name
here). Immediately cease and desist attaching this foreign number to me!
In conclusion, if I receive any correspondence other than you saying
that you made a mistake and are ceasing assessment and collection
activities. I will come at you personally for (insert legal action I
can take / what can I go at them with?)
Sincerly,
Me

When you say that you are a "nontaxpayer", are you saying that you don't pay any taxes at all?

No, you need a LOT of help.
If what you received is a "notice of deficiency," then you have 90 days to petition the Tax Court if you want to contest the deficiency. Sending the IRS letters with tax protester gibberish is going to get you nowhere, because the IRS can ignore everything you write, wait for 90 days, assess the tax they say you owe, and then begin collection proceedings.
You've got a choice here. You can either start to deal with the reality of the tax system, or you can continue to use magic incantations.

Response letters are Pay-triot for profit tactics
Those of us who have been around a while know that the IRS ignores all of those response letters
If you filled out a W-4/w-9 and your job/contractors have your SSN, you are toast
You are best off cleaning out your bank account now, putting it in an IBC in a non-tax treaty nation, conveying your house and car into 2 seperate trusts, OR if they are financed, refinance through an LLC in which you are not any of the paperwork
You need to get everything out of your name, now, and then look for an off the books web hustle to where all purchases go to an IBC. Unless you can convince your job that they don't have to honor that levy, you will have to quit, because your bosses are the IRS's b!tch
Otherwise, you are looking at a wage levy 1st, then a bank levy 2nd, then a lien on your house in which the IRS is next in line, then possibly a tax sale on your house, and also a lien/seizure of your car if you own it
Stop messin' around with those fancy response letters, and cover your @$$ets!

The tax laws gave you 90 days to either agree with the Notice of Deficiency or to file a petition with the US Tax Court, 26 USC §6213. There is no provision for extending that deadline.

IBC = international business corp
I was offering some damage control techniques
If he procrastinates, and they find out he has done these measures when they strt to try to levy, he could get hit with a fraudulent conveyance
However, while these tactics work, all they are are band aids
The real remedy is in nationality correction, and a mass amount of people doing it, applying pressure from the outside in (now putting on flame retardant suit for the haters)

So, preventative measures before levy is okay? I need to update my other thread then with a relevant question and not derail this thread.
