Re:ssn, w-4's, and employment

But is not a contract void ab initio if there has not been "full disclosure"??

But the point is to make an attempt to make a change.& We cannot make a change by doing nothing, by giving in, by "accepting" unlawfulness and violations of our rights.

Do you know what bill that was/is?

There is actually a form that you can use to withdraw your ssa application, isn't there?

Re:ssn, w-4's, and employment

I understand in a way where taxrebel is coming from, and I am in no way intending to advocate the paying of taxes, however, when it comes to surviving or not surviving and the only place interested in hiring you demands you fill out the form W-4, what choice do you really have other than to fill it out and mark "exempt" in the case of having not filed the previous year, and sign "without prejudice"?

I have read that even filling out the form places you within their jurisdiction. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Has anyone seen the following forms and/or know where to find them?

1) "Declaration of Protected Individual and Worker Eligibility Verification"

2) "Worker's Verified Affidavit, Letter of Transmittal of 'Protected Individual' Regarding Form W-4, Disclosure, Withholding and Non-Covered Status"

3) "Company's Verified Affidavit with Letter of Transmittal Regarding Worker's Form W-4, Disclosure, Withholding and Non-Covered Status"&

Has anyone read the link I posted about the I.R.C. being repealed in 1939 and never legally reestablished?
